Job Summary:
This role demands a blend of administrative excellence and sales prowess. The individual will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks while also contributing directly to our growth through sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management Responsibilities:
· Manage the administrative functions of the office to ensure efficiency and organization.
· Professionally greet visitors, answer and direct incoming calls, and manage general email inquiries.
· Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, processing payments, and managing account receivables (experience with QuickBooks Online is a plus!).
· Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring the office is well-stocked and operating smoothly.
· Manage relationships with office vendors and service providers.
· Ensure a professional, clean, and welcoming office atmosphere.
Sales Responsibilities:
· Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing product/service information and delivering exceptional customer service.
· Actively pursue and convert sales leads, both inbound and outbound, to meet or exceed sales targets.
· Prepare and process customer orders and ensure timely follow-up.
· Follow-up sales activities, and opportunities within our existing customer database.
· Address and resolve customer concerns efficiently to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications:
· Previous experience in an office administration and sales support role is a strong plus.
· Exceptional communication skills with a professional, friendly, and helpful demeanor.
· Strong organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
· Able to work with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook
· A genuine desire to provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships.
· Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and solve problems efficiently.
· Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
· High School Diploma or equivalent required
· Strafford County, NH Local: Familiarity with the local area is a plus.
