Are you a family caregiver or know someone who is caregiving for a loved one? If so, Cornerstone VNA invites you to Caregivers Connect, a free event on May 9th at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Dover at 2:00 pm. This year’s Caregivers Connect event will focus on mind, body and soul self-care for caregivers. Enjoy an afternoon of relaxation and support featuring Adrienne Cress, Registered Expressive Arts Therapist from Seacoast Expressive Arts and Sandy Powers, Wellness and Gerontology Nurse from Cornerstone VNA. Trained staff and volunteers will be providing on-site respite care for your loved one, in a safe and welcoming environment, for caregivers who wish to attend the event.
